    * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHLD0109I issued at startup when CICS *
    * is unable to locate modules DFHAPTB and *
    * DFHPSJP within the LPA. *
    ****************************************************************
CICS starts up with LPA=YES set as a SIT parameter. During the
startup CICS looks for modules DFHAPTB and DFHPSJP within the
LPA and is unable to locate them.

CICS is unable to find these modules because they are missing
from the DFH$UMOD, this results in error message DFHLD0109I
being issued within the startup log.

Problem conclusion

  • Both DFHAPTB and DFHPSJP are LPA candidates and the DFH$UMOD
has been updated to include both modules.

The CICS TS Knowledge Centers at 5.5 and above will be updated
to reflect that DFHAPTB and DFHPSJP are LPA eligible
