Error description

SSL_RSA_FIPS_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA is not a strong cipher and
should not show up in that list.

The SSL_RSA_FIPS_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA needs to be removed
from the strong cipher list.

Problem conclusion

Removed SSL_RSA_FIPS_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA from the strong
cipher list.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.7, 8.0.0.12, and 7.0.0.39.  Please refer to the
