Problem
MSR-UI-0001 An error occurred while generating the UI interface.
Resolving The Problem
1.Stop Cognos Analytics services.
2. Back up Folders
<cognos_home>\Logs\*,
<cognos_home>\temp\*,
<cognos_home>\javasharedresources\*,
<cognos_home>\wlp\usr\servers\cognosserver\workarea\*
<cognos_home>\wlp\usr\servers\dataset-service\workarea\*
3. Remove all files from the folders. (i.e. keep the each directory, but delete everything in it, including subdirectories)
4. Restart Cognos Analytics services.
