PM85601: ABENDU1021 WITH R15 = 2 OCCURS WHILE UNLOADING DATA FROM AN IMAGE COPY (COPYDDN OPTION)

Error description

• An ABENDU1021 with R15 = 2 occurs while unloading the data from
  an Image Copy (COPYDDN option).
  
  This can occur if the following conditions apply:
  - an unload from image copy is requested
  - the image copy contains a table space that had version at the
  time the image copy was taken
  
  and if any of the following is true:
  
  - the physical sequence of the pages describing the version
  is not the same as the logical one (for example, the version
  description starts with page # x'14' and continues with
  page # x'13' and ends with page # x'12'); this can occur if the
  image copy used as input was created by the utility from a
  non-IBM vendor- the INLINE option is used

  UDBCRRTS and UDBCRTIC were changed to handle the case where
  version pages of an image copy were written according to their
  logical order.
