  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using DDL as the source and        *
  *                      target input, the source and target     *
  *                      has duplicate definitions for the       *
  *                      table, Object Compare fails with        *
  *                      Return Code 12 / RC=12, and the DTC     *
  *                      function reports the following          *
  *                      message:                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      'KEY ALREADY EXISTS'                    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The message should be improved          *
  *                      and DTC should terminate with an        *
  *                      appropriate error.                      *
