Error description
In the IBM ClearCase ClearTeam Explorer (CTE), displaying the ClearQuest record for a UCM activity does not always show the "show changeset tool in the record window's toolbar. Resizing the pane in Eclipse may reveal the icon, as will resizing the entire Eclipse window.
