Error description

• This error can occur when running the installation script
  createODMDecisionServerCluster (.bat or .sh) whenever the user
  has set a value for -Xms larger than 512m on Windows or 2048m
  on Linux.
  
  This script :
  - does not specify a value for -Xms
  - and specifies a value for -Xmx (-Xmx512m on Windows
  and -Xmx2048m on Linux) that can be smaller than what
  the user defines manually for -Xms
  
  Indeed the documentation set
  suggests to edit WAS scripts to set -Xms2048M (see https://www.i

  .config.was/topics/con_was_clusters.html).
  

Local fix

• Increase the value of -Xmx in createODMDecisionServerCluster
  (.bat or .sh)
