PI78973: COBOL V5/V6 GIVES FILE STATUS 46 ON READ VSAM ALT INDEX INSTEAD OF 10

Error description

• COBOL V4.2 program sets a READ VSAM file status 10  (RC=4)
  while  COBOL V5/V6 sets the file status 46 for VSAM READ
  Alternate Index.  Correct CBL Runtime.
