PI24796: IWZCXGF ISSUES INVALID FREE THAT LEADS TO RECOVERED FROM PROGRAM CHECK IN CEEV#FH

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CICS has multiple recovered from program checks in CEEPLPKA
  within CSECT CEEV#FH. These ABEND0C4's are recovered from but
  lead to overhead and performance issues. COBOL code using XML
  generated with encoding 1208 drives the invalid free issued
  from IWZCXGF.
  

Local fix

• No hard error as 0C4's are recovered from.
