  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Java applications terminate with        *
  *                      'Unhandled exception Type=Floating      *
  *                      point error' at                         *
  *                      helperDoubleDivideDouble when           *
  *                      CEE3224S occurs.                        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install PI23475 and use                      *
  *                 USRHDLR(,IGZXDIVZ) when running the          *
  *                 program.                                     *
  ****************************************************************
  Users installed the IGZXDIVZ sample available with PI23475,
  and then ran Java application with JVM -XCEEHDLR or
  -Xsignal:userConditionHandler=percolate. When
  CEE3224S(IEEE division--by--zero exception)
  occurred, the application terminated with Java 'Unhandled
  exception'.
  
  The -XCEEHDLR option converted the Language Environment
  condition into Java ConditionException. The exception was then
  handled by JAVA, which terminated the application, instead of
  passing to the user handler in IGZXDIVZ.
  -Xsignal:userConditionHandler=percolate led
  to the similar results.

Problem conclusion

• Use USRHDLR(,IGZXDIVZ) when running the program.
  The usage instructions in the IGZXDIVZ sample has been
  updated.
