PI97714: Improve SSRANGE(,MSG) messages by including the program name

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Enterprise COBOL V5.2+ who          *
  *                 compiled with option SSRANGE(MSG).           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: With SSRANGE(MSG), the compiler would   *
  *                      issue IGZ Runtime message 0304 to 0314  *
  *                      when the SSRANGE check failed.  The     *
  *                      existing IGZ0304 to 0314 messages do    *
  *                      not contains the offending program's    *
  *                      name, making it hard to locate the      *
  *                      source of the message when there is     *
  *                      more then one COBOL program involved.   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The error messages did not contains the PROGRAM NAME; it's
  added now.
  

Problem conclusion

• The error messages are enhanced with the added PROGRAM NAME.
