APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Recovery from IGZ0006S via EXEC CICS HANDLE ABEND ends with
  message:
  CEE1001E A cross program branching was attempted as a result of
  a CICS HANDLE command with the LABEL options.  This was not
  supported by the language used by program IGZXCMSG.
  
    An ABENDAPC2 is subsequent failure with message CEE3250C The
  system or user abend APC2 was issued being emitted.
  Note: ABEND issued from CEEWUCHA's handling of
  recovery via USRHDLR(CEEWUCHA) option.

Problem conclusion

• The runtime event handler is changed to bypass library DSAs when
  attempting to transfer control to an abend LABEL.
