How do you check the valid "from and to" dates certificated imported in Cognos Analytics?
Answer
Using ikeyman, demo with Cognos Analytics 11.1.6 version.
1. launch <Cognos Analytics installation location>\ibm-jre\jre\bin\ikeyman.exe
(For 11.0.x version, <Cognos Analytics installation location>\analytics\jre\bin\ikeyman.exe
2. Select 'Open' > Select Key database type "PKCS12S2"
3. Navigate to <Cognos Analytics installation location>\configuration\certs
4. Choose CAMKeystore
5. Enter the password NoPassWordSet
6. Choose Key database content: Personal Certificates or Singer Certificates
7. Double click on Certificate files such as "CA" or "Encryption" or "signer certificate"
If you changed key store password from Cognos configuration then you will get an error message.
If you cannot remember the changed key store password then you can decrypted password from Cognos configuration.
Cognos configuration: File > Export As: Yes
You can get the decrypted password for it.
