Problem
Planning Analytics for Excel Errors "<Filename>" can not be found in collection of type 'Entry'
Resolving The Problem
This problem can be fix this by recreating the "Office Connection" directory via the following steps
Make sure you keep a records of the connection URL(s) before you proceed as doing this will remove them
1. Shutdown Excel
2. Navigate to this folder on the user`s machine: C:\Users\Name of the user\AppData\Local\Cognos
NOTE: AppData is a hidden folder
3.Rename "Office Connection" that directory to "Office Connection-old"
4.Launch Excel and click the IBM Planning Analytics ribbon,
5.Click Options and click the IBM tab and add the URL you want to connect
