Error description

  • The message "The website encountered an unexpected error.
Please try again later." appears when submitting the user
registration form.

In the developer portal logs you will see stack trace message
referring to google_analytics:

Local fix

  • Disable the google_analytics module
or
Disable the field on the register form by going to the Drupal
admin via &#180;/admin/config/people/accounts/form-display/register&#180;
 and just dragging the &#180;Google Analytics settings&#180; item below
the disabled line and save the page.

Problem summary

  • User registration errors when google_analytics module is
installed.
