App not invoked for container-generated 408 to INVITE causing
session leakage

When a new incoming 408 request arrives to SipContainer and
a Derived SipSession needs to be created, but the Base
SipSession is already invalidated, a NullPointerException is
thrown by the SipContainer.

Problem conclusion

In the case when the Base SipSession is already invalidated,
no derived session is created.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
