IJ24782: INSPECTION FORMS NOT CREATED IN CURRENT USER'S ORGID OR NOT CREATED IN THE ORGID OF THE JOB PLAN HEADER CAN BE SELECTED.

Error description

• PROBLEM: When selecting an inspection form in the Job Plan
  application, inspection forms not created in current user's
  ORGID or not created in the ORGID of the Job Plan header can be
  selected.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1.A user's default insert site is CHILEHDQ SITEID of EAGLESA
  ORGID (e.g. TESTUSR)
  2.Log in to Maximo as TESTUSR
  3.Click Manage Inspection Forms Work Center.
  4.Create a Simple Inspection Form (e.g. 1024)
  - Name: TESTFORM1
  - Type: Inspection
  - Add Question: Text Entry
  - Question: Enter Info
  - Text Response:  Enter Info
  5.Save - Active
  INSPFORMNUM 1024 will be created in EAGLESA ORGID
  6.Log in as a user whose default insert site is BEDFORD
  SITEID of EALGNA ORGID (e.g. TESTUSR2)
  7.Go to Job Plan application - Create a new Job plan
  - Job plan: TESTJPTEST1
  - ORGID: EAGLENA, SITEID: BEDFORD
  8.In Inspection Form field, Click Select Value
  
  RESULTS: Even if the log in user's default site is
  BEDFORD/ EAGLENA and JOPLAN's SITEID /ORGID is BEDFORD
  /EAGLENA, all Inspection Forms with ACTIVE status are
  displayed.
  Even Inspection Form (TESTFORM1) created in EAGLESA ORGID is
  displayed and selected.
  When creating a work order from this Job Plan, Inspection
  question does not display correctly.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: When selecting an inspection form in the Job
  Plan application, only inspection forms created in current
  user's ORGID or in the ORGID defined in the Job Plan header
  should be displayed and selected.
  Inspection Form (TESTFORM1) created in EAGLESA organization
  should not be displayed and selected.
