Error description

  • There is a limit for the daysOld parameter of 3650 days, which
is too low for some clients to be able to successfully prune
their very old data.

Problem summary


    

  • The maximum value of the daysOld parameter of the perfDWTool
prune command is 3650. Tracked data older than 3650 days can't
be pruned and the perfDwTool tool stops with the following
error:

CWLLG2409E: The prune command contains a value for
number-of-days-old that is out of the range of 1 through 3650.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix is available or will be available that increases the
maximum value of the daysOld parameter to 9999.
