  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement allows the user to     *
  *                      set a threshold for which Return Code   *
  *                      (RC) from a DB2 utility will terminate  *
  *                      the Batch Restart Program ADBTEP2       *
  *                      process. Previously any non-warning     *
  *                      RC will terminate the Batch Restart     *
  *                      Program ADBTEP2 (i.e. RC > 4).          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      A new functional comment is             *
  *                      introduced:                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      --#SET TOLUTILERR n                     *
  *                                                              *
  *                         where 'n' is a non-negative integer  *
  *                         between 4 to 32767 that indicates    *
  *                         the return code to tolerate utility  *
  *                         errors to continue iteration.        *

  This enhancement allows the user to set a threshold for
