IBM Cloud Pak for Security Data connectors allows organizations to connect their internal applications for seamless threat hunting capabilities. These connectors can originate from IBM, IBM partners, or third-party vendors.
Supported data connectors
IBM Cloud Pak for Security offers standard data connectors created and maintained by IBM. The Cloud Pak for Security support team provides support for Connectors that are shipped with the platform or are IBM validated. In some cases, when deeper analysis or software updates are needed for a validated connector built by a third-party, IBM provides a direct contact to the team who built the connector for further assistance. IBM Security App Exchange lists available apps.
You can confirm whether IBM supports an app by:
  1. Navigating to the IBM App Exchange
  2. Sorting for IBM applications:

Unsupported data connectors
Whether created by partners, clients, other security vendors, or IBM Expert Labs, third-party apps are not covered by IBM Support.
 
You can confirm whether IBM support is not provided to an app by:
  1. Navigating to the IBM App Exchange
  2. Select wanted app
  3. Every app includes where to go for help in the sidebar description:
