Error description
There is not a good error message provided when an an incorrect file location is used for -plugin.config.xml. For example, using this command: ConfigureIHSPlugin.sh -plugin.home /IHS/Plugins -plugin.config.xml /IHS/Plugins/config/plugin-cfg.xml -ihs.conf.file /IHS/conf/httpd.conf -operating.system ZOS -WAS.webserver.name IHS -WAS.host.name company.hostname.com produces this output: BUILD FAILED /IHS/Plugins/config/actionRegistry/actions/99SBootStrapPluginsIH S.ant:987: The following error occurred while executing this line: /IHS/Plugins/config/actionRegistry/actions/99SBootStrapPluginsIH S.ant:697: The following error occurred while executing this line: /IHS/Plugins/config/actionRegistry/actions/99SBootStrapPluginsIH S.ant:797: Fatal error. Terminating plugin configuration The command with the correct file location is: ConfigureIHSPlugin.sh -plugin.home /IHS/Plugins -plugin.config.xml /IHS/Plugins/config/IHS/plugin-cfg.xml -ihs.conf.file /IHS/conf/httpd.conf -operating.system ZOS -WAS.webserver.name IHS -WAS.host.name company.hostname.com

Problem conclusion
The underlying ANT script has been modified to give better error messages if a failure occurs. APAR PI30202 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs 8.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.5 of WebSphere Application Server.
