Mustgather for troubleshooting issues in Hosted Transparent Decision Service

Question

You are having a problem when you execute using the Hosted Transparent Decision Service(HTDS). You would like to know what documentation you must collect (MustGather) so that the IBM Operation Decision Manager (ODM) Support team can diagnose your problem. If you gather this documentation before contacting support, it expedites the troubleshooting process and save you time.

Answer

1. Version and fix pack level of ODM RES and HTDS applications, click “About Decision Server” in the upper right corner in the RES console:
  • Version
  • Patch level
  • Build number
  • Interim fixes
  • Data source

2. 
 Turn on full trace for HTDS logger: com.ibm.rules.res.htds =ALL on servers where HTDS application is deployed.
