When you upgrade to IBM Business Automation Workflow 19.0.0.2, you might have reduced the maximumHeapSize, such as from 4096MB to 2048MB. Then, when you upgraded to Business Automation Workflow 19.0.0.3, you discovered that the value of the maximumHeapSize reverted to 4096MB. This reversion was by design decision for performance reasons. If you decrease the maximum heap size, the value reverts to the default when you upgrade. If you increase it, the value is preserved. This behavior wasn't documented in with the maximumHeapSize parameter in "Configuration properties for the BPMConfig command" (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS8JB4/com.ibm.w bpm.ref.doc/topics/samplecfgprops.html) nor was it mentioned as a known issue in "Upgrading profiles from IBM Business Automation Workflow V18.0.0.x or V19.0.0.x to IBM Business Automation Workflow V19.0.0.3" (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1103457).
