Problem
Those are the logs message presented in Systemout.log when JazzSM seems inaccessible and the JazzSM URL page cannot be loaded.

Symptom
Running the consolecli.sh also showing Permission denied error

Cause
It is found the the /opt/IBM/JazzSM/ui/logs had changed to root although most of the installation path belong to ncoadmin.
Resolving The Problem
Change the file and folder permission of the all the folders in /opt/IBM/JazzSM if it is owned by ncoadmin during installation. Ensure that no root owner should be owning those files and logs as it is need for the JazzSM server to function properly as each user login will attempt to update those logs.
