- Update the graphics card drivers: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly

- Check for the issue.
Method 3
- Click on Start, click All programs, click Accessories, right click on Command prompt and select Run as administrator.
- Type in the following commands and hit enter after each command.
cd /d C:\Windows\System32
copy atioglxx.dll .dll
copy atio6axx.dll .dll
Exit the command prompt and check for the issue.
copy atioglxx.dll .dll
copy atio6axx.dll .dll
Exit the command prompt and check for the issue.
