Problem
re-exec error : exit status 1 cloning the parent utility VM image failed error message (refer complete error message in screen-print below) is received while installing Planning Analytics Workspace on Windows 2016 server.
Symptom
Error occurs during installation:

Cause
The issue in executing new images is caused by docker version 17.06.2-ee-20 installed on the Windows server.
Docker version needs to be upgraded to a recent version Ex : 19.03.5 in order to resolve the issue.
