Support of Lenovo devices with IBM Storage Insights Pro and IBM Spectrum Control 5.4 (all versions).

The following Lenovo devices were tested with Spectrum Control:

Tips:

- Performance monitoring is supported for Lenovo devices.
- Newer firmware levels are also supported. If any problems occur when you use newer firmware open a support ticket. IBM Support will investigate the problem and attempt to resolve it.
Limitations and considerations
- In 5.4.0 and later, provisioning in IBM Spectrum Control is no longer supported. While this feature may appear in the GUI, it might not work as intended.
- Specify a user ID and password of an administrator on the cluster that has sufficient privileges to maintain the SSH keys for IBM Storwize storage systems.
- IBM Storage Insights Call Home messages are not displayed for the Storwize family for Lenovo and other Lenovo storage devices.
