2.1 Prerequisites for this fix:

NetApp Agent:
This fix is backward compatible with https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/586327 but it is not with NetApp agent 7.3.
If 7.3 is already installed neither the agent or application support can be upgraded.
1. Either uninstall the agent and support of NetApp agent from ITM environment and install this fix afresh.
Steps to uninstall the application support : https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-uninstall-application-support-ibm-tivoli-monitoring-itm-6x-based-products
If 7.3 is already installed neither the agent or application support can be upgraded.
1. Either uninstall the agent and support of NetApp agent from ITM environment and install this fix afresh.

For this readme file, the symbol <CANDLEHOME> is the IBM Tivoli Monitoring installation directory.
