Troubleshooting
Problem
We new installed IBM Control Center on zLinux OS and when trying to access the Control Center launch page we are getting an error on browser (Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerException).
Symptom
WebSphere message.log shows an error
SRVE0777E: Exception thrown by application class 'com.ibm._jsp._index._jspService:122'

Cause
Customer had altered runEngine to use Dynatrace which is not supported.

Diagnosing The Problem
Look at the error in the browser and the WebSphere message.log, check the /bin/runEngine.sh
Resolving The Problem
Removed Dynatrace from runEngine.
