Error description

• The IMS Catalog Populate utility (DFS3PU00) that runs as a BMP
  can get ABEND S0C4 when BMP pause feature is enabled and the
  DFSRRC00 region controller of IMS is replaced with the HRFRRCXX
  region controller of IMS Online Reorganization Facility.

  This APAR fixes the following problems that can occur when the
  BMP pause feature is enabled and the DFSRRC00 region controller
  of IMS is replaced with the HRFRRCXX region controller of IMS
  Online Reorganization Facility:
  - The IMS Catalog Populate utility (DFS3PU00) that runs as a
    BMP can get ABEND S0C4.
  - The import objects function of IMS Administration Tool can
    get ABEND S30A-14.
  - APF authorization is needed for DBDLIB and PSBLIB when running
    the import objects function of IMS Administration Tool.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that the BMP pause feature
  would not pause the IMS Catalog Populate utility(DFS3PU00) BMP,
  and the other issues described in the problem summary are also
  fixed.
