Error description

• The ACE Admin Console Record & Replay throws "BIP2328E: A value
  of SQL datatype 'DECIMAL' encountered when datatype 'FLOAT'
  expected." when trying to display Events from the Record &
  Replay database.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The ACE Admin Console Record & Replay throws "BIP2328E: A value
  of SQL datatype 'DECIMAL' encountered when datatype 'FLOAT'
  expected." when trying to display events from the Record &
  Replay database.
  
  This error occurs when issueing record and replay queries
  against a DB2 on Cloud database.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified to interpret DECIMAL value
  correctly while fetching the record count  from DB2 on Cloud
  database.
