Can I send files to IBM or IBM business partner support teams in MTFTP format?

Answer
While you can still send MTFTP files for a case it may not be possible for support teams to access these files if it is necessary to use the files for something other than browse (for example, to use in a re-create scenario). It is better to send tersed files from a z/OS environment via secure FTP (FTPS) as it is possible within GDPR rules to transfer these to a z/OS environment if needed.
