Error description

• Generating a scenario file fails in both the Business Console
  or the Enterprise Console.
  
  The Enterprise console displays
  the exception:

Local fix

• The problem is solved by adding the line below within the XML
  element <prefer-application-packages> in the
  WEB-INF/weblogic.xml file of both WAR files: decisioncenter.war
  and teamserver.war (located in
  teamserver-WL12-<version>.ear):
