• When deleting a release in a repository hosted in MySQL the
  following error might be printed instead
  
  ilog.rules.teamserver.
  model.IlrCannotDeleteBaselineException? on Delete of the
  decision Service from Decision Center (Cannot delete or update
  a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails
  (`user`.`RulePackage`, CONSTRAINT `FKRulePackage_STARTV`
  FOREIGN KEY (`STARTID`) REFERENCES `VERSION` (`ID`)))
