  When an invalid value is specified for the PROGRAM= implicit
  allocation mode parameter, the zSecure selector program
  (CKRCARLA) invokes 31-bit mode main program (CKR4Z196), instead
  of the default program.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure selector program (CKRCAFRLA) has been modified so that
  it invokes a default main program instead of 31-bit mode one.
