Error description

• Potential ABEND0C4 in CQMISMAX when called by CQMMMETX after an
  internal storage release error. Rather than externalizing the
  storage release error code in a message there is an S0C4 in
  CQMISMAX at offset X'37C'.

  CQMMMETX has an error setting up the CQMISMAX parameter list.
  The error will be corrected to ensure the proper course of
  action is taken.
