APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a small exposure in the memory termination manager that
  can cause IEAVTMTC, the memory termination controller task in
  ASID 1, to be marked permanently non-dispatchable.  This will
  prevent address spaces from completing termination which caused
  the ASVT slots to be exhausted.
  This condition may result in the following symptoms:
    1. Address spaces are not being created.
  2. Message MSGIEA602I may be issued.
  3. Abends IEAVTMTC AB/U3313 AB/U3314 may occur.
  
  This APAR corrects the RESMGR routine for CQM/STAP to remove the
  exposure.
  NOTE: The DB2 Query Monitor Collector started task shares code
  with the DB2 Audit Management Expert Collector and the
  InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP Collector started tasks. Customers
  running the Collector with either (or both) DB2 Query Monitor
  and DB2 Audit Management Expert or InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP
  may experience this problem.
