Error description

  • If an email action refers to the MessageTokens of an alert in
    the subject line, and if the CAE Server is running on USS, then
    the email action will silently fail to be sent. The example
    email action text would be:
      .
      ${event.getAttribute("MessageTokens")}
      .
    The same problem does not occur if the CAE Server is running on
    Windows, and it does not occur if the MessageTokens are referred
    to in the body of the email.
