APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CQM found a node in Build on Demand Compression for Current
  Activity that was incomplete which caused an ABEND0C4-4 and
  produced a dump. The ABEND would have caused one unit of work
  not to be seen in Current Activity.
  
  This APAR updates the code to handle the condition and prevent
  the ABEND from occurring.
