Error description

• In JCL DATAIN DD microseconds can be specified for start/end
  time parameters as following:
  //DATAIN DD *
  SSID =DB1A
  START DATE =2020/02/27
  START TIME =10:10:00.123456
  END DATE =2020/02/27
  END TIME =10:20:00.654321
  This allows users to set the time frame more accurately when the
  submitting Log Analysis Tool job.
  The JCLIN will be changed to support Custompac installation
  process.
