  An S0C4 error occurred while preparing datasets for loading into
  OFFLOAD DB2 tables from the interval files if switching
  intervals was in progress at that time or the CQM address space
  was ended.
  Additionally, there may be a message like next in OFFLOAD
  joblog:
  CQM2604E LOGIC ERROR VSAM VSAMRC = x'08 'VSAMRS = x'0400'.
  

Problem conclusion

• All errors, which generate messages "VSAM LOGIC ERROR", are due
  to internal problems with processing interval datasets and these
  problems are covered by program logic. An abend S0C4 happened
  due to the error in that program logic.
  The logic was changed so now messages like "VSAM LOGIC ERROR"
  still can happen during the upload of interval files, if that
  interval file can not be fully processed, but there will not
  no more abends.
