Error description

• When we create monitoring profiles of DB2 Query Monitor
  for z/OS (DB2QM), we can specify SQLCODEs to
  include/exclude specific workloads for Alert/Summary processing.
  But currently we can specify negative SQLCODEs only, and can't
  specify "positive" SQLCODEs like + 100.
