• - Log Forwarder stops collecting syslog data on a random basis.
  A recycle of the Log Forwarder is required to restart data flow.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: - Log Forwarder stops collecting syslog *
  *                      data on a random basis. A recycle of    *

  *                      restart data flow.                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  - When the dataspace wraps, there will be a null data section
  generated at the end of dataspace which makes the program pause
  in a loop causing the current collection of data to be lost.
  - There are syntax errors related to the NetView REXX command
  used in GLANETV.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP v1.1 is updated to ignore the null data section at the end
  of dataspace and correct the syntax errors in GLANETV to fix the
  problems.
