This document provides the Release Notes for IBM Business Process Manager Telecom Pack version 7.5.
Content
The IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Telecom Pack improves all operation processes for the Telecom industry. It also consists of Telecom industry-specific prebuilt assets that provide the ability to jumpstart the Telecom Solution Development.

Description
The BPM Telecom Pack includes the following assets:
- Telecom Capability Models: The Telecom Capability Models are based on TM Forum's Framework standards, including Telecom Operations Model (eTOM) standards and IBM best practices.
- Telecom Process Models: The Telecom Process Models are based on the TM Forum's Framework standards, including Telecom Operations Model (eTOM) standards and IBM best practices.
- Telecom Service Models: The Telecom Service Models are mapped to the TM Forum's Framework standards, including Telecom Applications Map (TAM) and IBM best practices.
- Telecom Common Components: The Telecom Common Components are Telecom-specific common web service implementations based on the Telecom standards. These common services are based on the TM Forum's Framework standards, including Shared Information Data (SID), Operational Support Systems through Java™ Initiative (OSS/J), Multi-Technology Operations System Interface (MTOSI) model, and IBM best practices.
- Telecom Business Vocabulary: The Telecom Business Vocabulary is based on the TM Forum's Framework standards, including Shared Information Data (SID) model and IBM best practices. The Business Vocabulary-related artifacts use the common vocabulary and the set of information, data definitions, and relationships used in the TM Forum's Framework architecture definition.
- Telecom Business Object Models: The Telecom Business Object Models is based on TM Forum's Framework standards, including Shared Information Data (SID) model and IBM best practices.
- Telecom Solution Scenario: The Telecom Solution Scenarios are BPM implementations packaged as a reference to help understand the end-to-end delivery of a BPM solution for the Telecom industry. In this pack, the Order Handling Solution Scenario and Incident and Problem Management Solution Scenario have been included.

Globalization limitations
The globalization limitations identified for this release of the Business Process Manager Telecom Pack are as follows.
- The Business Space widgets, provided with the Solution Scenarios in Business Space, are available only in English.
- The terms and their descriptions in the Business Vocabulary are available only in English.
- The online help for Asset Navigator is available only in English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish languages.
Accessibility limitations
The accessibility limitations identified for this release of the Business Process Manager Telecom Pack are as follows:
We provide limited accessibility support.
Limitation
The Asset Navigator that is implemented in Flash does not support the JAWS screen reader. JAWS cannot read through the Flash components without the supporting HTML pages.
