This fix pack includes all fixes of fix pack 8 and the following fixes:
- IV60461: Move request does not offline resources that are in an "Unknown" state but will still Online them on the destination node.
- IV61171: RG move request causes all resources in another RG to be offlined if a ForcedDownBy relationship exists.
- IV65499: Resource in StuckOnline changes to PendingOffline when it is tried to stop.
- IV65980: rgreq command is successful also for non existing resource groups.
- IV66405: ValidSelectResources not updated for static equivalency after adding or removing members, until master is forced to swap.
- IV67468: After creating a relationship from a resource to an equivalency the equivalency shows OpState=Unknown
- IV67987: xDR code needs to be updated if z/VM SPE VM65544 is installed.
- IV68577: Application binary killed when a SIGKILL command is sent to the parent (StartCommand).
- IV69011: Floating resources not handlied correctly when found Online on multiple nodes - a force down not taken into consideration.
- IV69014: "KILL -11" or SIGSEGV does not terminate IBM.RecoveryRM.
- IV69151: installSAM does not give info to missing filesets and packages.
- IV70996: When OperationalFlags set to 8152 members of equivalencies with dynamic selection may disappear.
- IV71484: installSAM attempts to install RSCT filesets when installed RSCT level is higher than on installation media.
- IV71778: IBM.RecoveryRMd: Segmentation violation during activation or deactivation of a large policy.
- IV71899: Online resources detected after rebooted node joins the domain are not stopped.
- IV72223: GblResRM crashes due to frequency and duration of MonitorCommand executions.
- IV72263: After a z/VM restart, the communication between GDPS and the xDR proxy is not working reliably.
- IV73411: All resource constituents reported Online on a node that has just rejoined the cluster (spurious Online detection).
- IV73413: Engine starts evaluating its resource set (and will be sending out orders) although relationship targets are not yet known.
- IV73470: Resource groups remain in status "Control=Undefined" with OperationalFlags=8152.
- IV73483: ForceDown of a source resource for a DependsOn is prevented because another group depends on this source resource.
- IV73795: installSAM installs an RSCT file that is included as a fix within installation media regardless of installed RSCT version- IV74535: xDR: GDPS configuration attempt fails.
- IV74988: Command sequence switch on automatic mode and include node lead to problems starting resource.
- IV75444: Relationship does not work properly with IBM.PeerNode.
- IV78635: lssam output shows aggregate resources listed after the constituent resources
There is no update of the packages for the Operations Console within this fix pack 3.2.2.9, so those are still at level 3.2.2.7. If level 3.2.2.7 is already installed for the Operations Console, then no further update is needed for the Operations Console.
The RSCT level contained in this fix pack for AIX 7.1 and AIX 6.1 is 3.2.0.10 (APAR IV76551).
The RSCT level contained in this fix pack for Linux and Solaris is 3.1.5.12 (APAR IV74914).
The RSCT level contained in this fix pack for Windows is 3.1.4.6 (APAR IV38228).
The RSCT level contained in this fix pack for AIX 5.3 is 2.4.13.8 (APAR n/a).

The first step before installing 'System Automation' is to view or print
the 'Tivoli System Automation for Multiplatforms 3.2.2
Installation and Configuration Guide'.
The current version can be found in:
/docs/en/SAMP-Inst-Config-Guide.pdf
To view the Guide, you can use the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
