  • Add support for DB2 V8 REORG option 'SORTDATA NO'.  This change
will allow the TABLESPACE REORG utility to be built with the
'SORTDATA NO' syntax.

Specifying SORTDATA NO will tell REORG to unload the data by
using the clustering index.  SORTDATA NO can not be specified
with SHRLEVEL CHANGE.
