Question
How do you invoke REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE and REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE_LIST events of RTAM in IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite?
Cause
REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE event is not getting invoked
Answer
- REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE event is raised if enabled and the REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE_LIST event is not configured.
- If you enable REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE_LIST event also,
then only REALTIME_AVAILABILITY_CHANGE_LIST is raised.
