This document lists the available patches for the Watson Studio service on IBM Cloud Pak for Data. Not all versions include patches. Only versions that include patches are shown.

  • Removed stacktrace in script jobs.
  • Improved Jupyter notebook performance in air-gapped environments.
The patch contains the following fixes:
  • Fixed security vulnerabilities.
  • Fixed autcompletion in Jupyterlab.
  • Fixed Db2 driver on ppc.
  • Fixed ITC connection to Microsoft SQL server.
  • Fixed updates for customization YAML in custom environments.
  • Fixed download of Python Jupyter notebooks by using Google Chrome.
  • TS004097906: Fixed marking headless jobs as failed before they start. Notebook job suddenly failed with error "Runtime is not responding."
Instructions
Important: If you're installing this patch on OpenShift 4.5, the OpenShift client 4.3.x is required. The oc run command in OpenShift client 4.5.x no longer creates kubernetes jobs.

Important: If you don't plan to install cpd-3.0.1-wsl-patch1, it is strongly recommended that you install either cpd-3.0.1-ccs-patch-1 or cpd-3.0.1-ccs-patch-2 to resolve the jackson-databind vulnerability issue.
