Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading to CF 2018.03, trying to create a decision table in the web Process Designer results in the error message "Could not create decision table editor. Error: RequestError: Unable to load."
Cause
An old version of a JAR file is cached.
Resolving The Problem
You must clear the WebSphere OSGi and JVM's class caches by performing the following actions:
- Stop the server.
- Perform the actions that are described in the support document "How to clear the WebSphere class caches" http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21607887.
- Restart the server.
