Problem
When scheduling a report with a link to an email address, it will automatically send the link to the Dispatcher URL instead of the desired gateway URL
Cause
Incorrect gateway URI defined in Cognos Configuration
Resolving The Problem
Steps
1) Open Cognos Configuration
2) Navigate to the Environment tab
3) Check the current value of the gateway URI, this should be something like this...
http://machine.domain.com:80/ibmcognos/bi/v1/disp
or
https://machine.domain.com:443/ibmcognos/bi/v1/disp
4) Restart the services
